About fees
It’s not the actual size of the home that makes the difference, but the architectural detail, number of rooms, and number of color choices I provide. All fees are as of 01-01-2010 and are subject to change.

Fees apply to
- my initial project review
- initial palette selections
- phone meetings with you
- studio time when I am here working with all the relevant colors and your photos and materials.Sometimes there is product sourcing or sample acquisition that you might need, beyond my selecting paint colors. You will be notified in advance for approval of any shipping or other similar fees for such items that would add to the final project cost.
- In the Services and Fees chart, I’ve stated an average fee for general color work for interior color selections. Understandably, a larger more complex home with additional architectural detail and/or product considerations beyond paint color will affect the cost.
